Mailbox Set Up
Call 745-7900, 696-7900,or *88 from the phone with voice mail.
Following the prompts, enter your temporary PIN (0-0-0-0-0-0) followed by the # key.
Enter a new personalized 4- to 20-digit PIN, followed by the # key. Confirm by entering again.
Greeting Set Up
For a personal greeting, dial 1.
For a system generated greeting
with your name, dial 2.
For a system greeting
that includes your number, dial 3.
For a system greeting that does not include your name or number, dial 4.
To save your greeting, dial #.
INTRODUCTION TO WEB ACCESS VOICE MAIL
Follow the VITAL VOICE MAIL instructions for Mailbox Set Up and optional Greeting Set Up.
Use Internet Explorer to open https://mymtasolutions.com.
Enter your 10-digit telephone number and personalized PIN (labeled Password).
Click the Login button.
The Messages & Calls tab will show a list of your messages. You can play, delete or mark messages; save messages to your computer; reply to or forward messages and add callers to your contact list. The Voicemail Player allows you to listen to your messages using a similar interface to an MP3 player. For more details, refer to the PremierVoice Web Access Messages & Calls Page.
MANAGING FAXES & EXTENSIONS WITH GOLD VOICE MAIL
Refer to the PremierVoice Managing Faxes sheet to review, forward and print faxes. To establish separate voice mail greetings and passwords for other family members or employees, refer to Set Up Family/Extension Mailboxes.
