Use a Preferred Carrier Freeze (PCF) to protect your choice of Long Distance carrier. With a freeze in effect, another company cannot change your long distance access without your knowledge. There is no charge for placing a PCF. Simply print and complete the Preferred Carrier Freeze Authorization Form.
