Call Transfer $2 / FREE on the LiteBlue Bundle
Transfer a call to another number or add a third person to a call. When you hang up, the other two people can continue their conversation.

To Transfer a call, press and release the switch hook to place the person you are talking with on hold. Listen for dial tone. Dial the third person's phone number. (If you have Speed Calling, you may dial one of your codes instead.) When the third person answers, you can talk privately before making it a Three Way conversation.
To complete the Transfer, press and release the switch hook. You can now talk with both people at the same time. Hang up. The other two people can continue their conversation. You can cancel the Transfer if the third person did not answer, you received a busy signal or recording, or you wish to cancel the Transfer after talking to the third person. Just press and release the switch hook twice. You'll be reconnected to the person holding.
Notes: Any chargeable or long distance calls you place for the Transfer or Three Way conversation will be billed to your number. The switch hook is the button the handset pushes down when you hang up the phone. Some phones have a link or flash key you can press instead.

Call Waiting Display $2.30 / FREE on the LiteBlue Bundle
Never miss a call while you're on the phone. The Call Waiting beep alerts you to another incoming call. Put the first call "on hold" while you answer the second call. Or see who's calling before you decide whether to interrupt your current call. Enhanced Call Waiting and Caller ID features are required.

To use: You will hear a short beep when a call comes in while you're on the phone. Ask the first caller if you may put them on hold. Press and release the switchhook (hang up button) to automatically be connected to the second caller. Pressing and releasing the switchhook for about one second will let you alternate between parties. Each conversation is private.
To disable before a call: To prevent a Call Waiting beep from interrupting a call, dial-up internet connection or fax transmission, press 70# before proceeding.
To disable during a call (requires Three-Way Calling): To turn off Call Waiting during a call, press and release the switchhook for one second and listen for a dial tone. Press 70#. Listen for a special beep tone. Press the switchhook again and return to your call.

Continuous Redial (*66) unlimited use $4.55 / FREE on the LiteBlue Bundle
Allow your phone to keep trying a busy number for up to 30 minutes. When the called party's line becomes available, Continuous Redial signals you with a special ring and automatically places the call when you pick up the phone.

Note: This feature is always active and available on a 60¢ per-use basis.
To activate, when you hear a busy signal, press and release the switch hook. Listen for dial tone. Press *66. If the line is still busy, hang up. Your phone will keep checking the number for up to 30 minutes. A special callback ring alerts you if the line becomes free (some phones ring normally).
If you step away from the phone, don't worry — the call will not actually be placed unless you lift the handset when the special callback ring occurs. Lift the handset to indicate that you wish the call to go through, and it will.
To cancel your Continuous Redial request: Lift the handset and listen for dial tone. Press *86. Listen for the confirmation announcement, and then hang up.

Enhanced Call Waiting $3 / FREE on the LiteBlue Bundle
Call Waiting alerts you when another call is waiting. You can put your first call on hold and answer the second. A reminder tone will be heard about 10 seconds later if the second call remains unanswered. The second call hears the normal ringing tone only.

To answer the second call: Press and release the switch hook (or flash button on some phones) for about 1 second. Your first caller will be placed on hold and you will automatically be connected to the second caller.
To alternate between calls: Simply press and quickly release the switch hook (or flash button) to put the caller to whom you are speaking on hold and connect with the holding caller. While you talk with one caller, the other caller will hear only silence; each conversation remains private.
To end either call: Hang up. Your phone will ring. Answer to be connected with the remaining caller.
Disable Call Waiting — Use on a per call basis, and eliminate call waiting tones from interrupting your conversations, Internet or other modem or fax connection. Call Waiting is reinstated after the call is completed.
Disable Call Waiting before getting a call by pressing 70# and then entering the number you wish to call. Disable Call Waiting during a call by depressing the switch hook for one second, listen for a dial tone, then press 70#. Listen for a special beep, then depress the switch hook and return to your call.
To disable Call Waiting before making a call, press 70#. Listen for confirmation tone. Dial your call as usual. Now your call will not be interrupted by the Call Waiting tone - callers will hear a busy signal or their call will be forwarded to a predetermined destination if you have Call Forward Busy Line. After you hang up, Call Waiting automatically turns on again.
To disable Call Waiting during a call (this option is available if you subscribe to Three Way Calling.) Press and release the switch hook or flash button. Press 70#. Listen for confirmation tone. You will then automatically be reconnected to your call. After you hang up, Call Waiting turns on again.
